Katherine Chen is a Costume/Apparel Designer and Illustrator. She received her BA in Fashion Design from Institut Francais de La Mode and is currently pursuing her MA in costume design at California Institut of the Arts.
She is interetsed in how silhoueete, texture and references come together to support character and storytelling. Her work often involves hands-on craft with material experimentations, creating costumes that are both expressive and true to the characters.
